Hot Rubberized Joint and Crack Sealing
Whether you have a relatively new lot or
an older cracked up lot, you should have
your pavement evaluated on a yearly
basis.
Generally, you will want to have cracks
1/4" and larger cleaned and filled with a
hot rubberized crack sealant that is
made for parking lots and foot traffic.
Hairline cracks will be filled in with
sealcoat material, however these are
the cracks you want to keep an eye on.

Network cracking (also called alligator
cracking) are areas where your
pavement is failing.  Depending on the
size of the area and the severity of the
failure, you may need to patch with
asphalt.
